Dragoslav Gogić is a journalist for the Radio and Television of Serbia. He was born 08.03.1964. in Krusevac (Serbia). He is married and has two children. By profession he is a lawyer, however, he has been working as a journalist and film director for more than three decades. He specialized journalism on the BBC television. He is a member of the Board of Directors in Journalists’ Association of Serbia. He is the author of more than 52 documentaries on mountaineering which he filmed all around the worldwhile taking part and filming in various high mountaineering and alpinistic expeditions, from the Rocky mountains in America to Himalayas in Nepal and China. Whithin the Mountaineering Association of Serbia, which is a branch ofthe Sports Association of Serbia, and as a part of broadcast journalism his specialty is reporting on sports disciplines, such asmountain running, tracking league of Serbia, competitions in mountain orienteering, free climbing and dry tooling . He has been a member of the Mountaineering Association of Serbia for 46 years. During the two mandates (in duration of 8 years) he was a vice president of the Mountaineering Association of Serbia, in one mandate (in duration of 4 years) a member of the Mountain Protection Commission UIAA, and currently is a member of the Board of Directors in the Mountaineering Association of Serbia. He got noticed for his interviews with worldwide famous alpinists, such as Silvio Mondinelli from Italy. An active sportsman himself, he holds  first category mountain guide license. As a high altitude mountaineer he climbed 38 peaks of over 4000 meters on the highest mountain massives in the world in 56 countries. He completed a summer and winter alpinistic course.He is a sportsman of the republic and international rank.He took part in two expeditions on Himalayas (Cho Oyu 8201 m. and Island peak 6 189 m.).He is a complete author of his television documentaries broadcastin eight European countries (i.e. scriptwriter, cameraman, narator, editor and director). He also promotes all sports eventsin his television reportsof the International Climbing and Mountaineering Association (UIAA), Balkan Mountaineering Union (BMU) and European Ramblers Association  (ERA). Either as a member or the head of delegation of Mountaineering Associaton of Serbiahe participates in numerous mountain gatherings in Europe. He has received 42 awards on documentary film festivals in Serbia and Europe, among which nine Gran Prix.
