In Crna Gora, during the second week of June this year, the 28th meeting of the mountaineering clubs of the Balkans under the name “Rumija 2026” was held.
During 5 days of fellowship, togetherness and stay in nature, more than 200 mountaineers from 18 mountaineer clubs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and host Montenegro, gathered at the foot of Rumija confirming that mountains connect people stronger than all borders. Postojna in Slovenia will be the next host of the meeting of Balkan mountaineering clubs.
